Beatrice Scambi

Beatrice Scambi is a world citizen with a strong passion for tourism, yoga and holistic practices. After she graduated in Tourism Management, she found herself with tons of choices and opportunities in front of her, and needed a support to clear her mind.
She decided to attend a training course in Self-Entrepreneurship provided by Microfinanza Srl. The training is part of the Young Entrepreneurs Succeed!, a project funded by the EEA and Norway Grants for Youth Employment.

She aimed at deepening her knowledge about business and financial aspects related to her passion, and understand the feasibility of her entrepreneurial idea focused on yoga and the personal development and growth.

After the training sessions, Beatrice has been supported by Microfinanza in a personalized coaching and mentoring path, targeted to strenghten her hard and soft skills, and providing her with the instruments to develop her business idea in a broader sense and a more effective way.

Beatrice was a NEET. She’s been supported through training, coaching, and mentoring services for several months now. With her coaches and mentors, she considered several options for her career. She’s now developing her business idea, had the chance to come in touch with several associations and entities in Italy and Spain, and she’s working on a website, named “Luz y Olas”, to give the people the chance to know the holistic practices and know themselves.
