DESCRIPTION:We invite you to celebrate the 11 incredible female entrepreneurs who are the finalists of the Young Female Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2020! Learn about their businesses and watch as we announce the winner live online. Leading experts will also discuss the structural barriers facing women in starting\, sustaining and growing a business. \nCiti Foundation’s Pathways to Progress global initiative has supported Youth Business Europe\, a consortium of 11 YBI members across Europe as well as Kazakhstan and Russia. \nSince 2015\, the programme has been providing entrepreneurial support services\, skills training\, mentoring\, and access to low-interest loans to young entrepreneurs. Over 26\,000 young entrepreneurs across Europe have been supported to grow their business\, create jobs\, as well as invest in and strengthen their local communities. \nThe winner will receive $5\,000 USD from Citi Foundation to support the ongoing development of their business\, alongside business coaching.
